The sport of boxing has been a notable downturn this year, with few major fights and considerably fewer compelling bouts than usual. The anticipation of a high-stakes and fascinating heavyweight contest between Joseph Parker and Wardley at the iconic O₂ Arena provides some solace to the beleaguered business. The separation between Parker's status and where people think I am has been a frequent topic in my boxing life.
